 barcoded ID documents.

 Times : 0700h - 2100h on the first 2 days
       and 0700h to 1700h on the 3rd day.

 November 27, 28, 29 at :
 Northern Province, North West, Gauteng,
 Mpumalanga and Northern Cape.

 December 3, 4, 5 at :
 Western Cape, Eastern Cape,
 Kwazulu Natal and Free State.

 There will also be 3 days in January'99
 and 3 days in February'99.

 since January)

  Stats show that about 1.7 million people have
  not yet applied for barcoded IDs.

  VALID FOR THE ELECTIONS.
